1.    Production decription

LT Steel Structure is experienced in design and manufacture all kind of steel lattice tower  .

Usually a transmission steel lattice tower consists of tower head ,tower body ,tower legs and tower foundation.

Tower material used Q355B ,Q235B in common ,according to the engineer design.

There are four major categories of transmission towers:suspension tower , terminal tower , tension tower , and transposition tower . Some transmission towers combine these basic functions.

We have 5 auto production line for electric angle steel  towers Manufacturing,We can supply 3000 tons angle steel tower

every month .Else we have enogh site for installing more production line if needed.

We also have plasma cutting machine ,14m bending machine and auto welding machines for pole towers .

We have very strict quality control in every steel towers .

                    Material incoming control:chemical and physical test

                                   Zinc coating thinkness inspection

We usually has two ways of trial assembly for lattice steel towers : trial assembly before galvanzation

and after galvanization.

Package we usually do as our clients requirment .Usually for angle steel towers,We use steel wire to make it into bundle and use special material to protect the Zinc.
