Qingdao Liangta Steel Structure Co., Ltd. ,established in year 2009,is a leading professional manufacturer in the field of transmission steel towers (the voltage up to 1000kv), telecommunication towers, monopoles, substation structures and rooftop towers. We also supply steel profile products as per customers 'requirement.
The factory located in Jiaozhou bay of Qingdao, covered an area of over 60,000 square meters with an annual production capacity 40,000 tons.

The electrical transmission towers meet ASTM Standards,GB/T standards and related standards .
Steel grades
Tower legs: Chinese standard Q345B, which equal to ASTM A572 Grade 50
Others members: Chinese Q235B, which equal to ASTM A36
Bolts: Chinese grade 6.8 and 8.8, which equal to ASTM A394
Dimension and tolerance for angle : GB/T1591-1994, Equal to EN 10056-1/2
Hot dip galvanization: GB/T 13912-2002, which similar to ASTM A 123
The welding :AWS D1.1 or CWB standard
If the thickness of the material not less than 5mm,The min average thickness of the galvanization of transmission
steel tower is more than 86um.
Type test and preshipment test is accepted .
If needed ,we even can supply an engineer for help installing the transmissions steel towers .

We have 5 auto production line for electric transmission angle steel towers Manufacturing,We can supply 3000 tons lattice steel tower
every month .Else we have enogh site for installing more production line if needed.
We also have plasma cutting machine ,14m bending machine and auto welding machines for pole towers .

Material incoming control:chemical and physical test
Zinc coating thinknes inspection
We usually has two ways of trial assembly for lattice steel towers : trial assembly before galvanzation
and after galvanization.
